Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your retreat booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary depending on the timing of your cancellation relative to the retreat date.
Refund Eligibility
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the retreat date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the retreat date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the retreat date are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your retreat, please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled date. We will work with you to find an alternative date, subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply.
Weather and Circumstances
In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the retreat from taking place, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Processing Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
